Who actually needs to hear about this

If you're a Pepsi Max loyalist, you've probably already clicked. For everyone else, this is the kind of deal that makes sense if you're stocking up for a gathering, if you've got kids who'll demolish cans before you blink, or if you simply refuse to pay full convenience-store prices for fizzy drinks. At under three quid for eight cans with the voucher applied, the maths is pretty hard to argue with.

Personally, I always keep a few cans cold for when mates pop round unexpectedly. Nothing fancy, just something cold and decent. Pepsi Max does that job without fuss.

What you're actually getting

It's Pepsi Max. Zero sugar, that slightly sharper bite compared to regular Pepsi, and that very specific cola smell when you crack one open on a warm afternoon. Familiar, reliable, not remotely exciting to write about. Which is sort of the point.

The 330ml cans are the standard size, so no surprises there. Eight of them gets you through a weekend easily.

The honest reservation

The deal depends entirely on the voucher working at checkout, so double-check before you get too excited. Voucher-clipped deals can occasionally be finicky, and if the voucher has expired or hit its redemption limit, the price creeps back up to less impressive territory. Also worth noting: community heat of 709 degrees suggests stock moves quickly, so don't sit on it.

Not a life-changing purchase, obviously. But a spot-on everyday deal if the timing works out for you.
